He possesses strong credentials of building, managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve aggressive goals and objectives, without compromising quality and customer service. Graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering degree, Mr. Young has more than 35 years of experience in the aviation industry. He helped implement a culture of operational excellence in many OEMs like Bombardier, De Haviland of Canada and others that led to substantial improvements in quality, cost and customer satisfaction all the while ensuring employee engagement & focus on their customers. He has played a key role in innovating and executing a strategy to achieve industry-leading performance in program management and aircraft development. Throughout his career he has been in numerous leadership roles but has now decided to focus on assisting OEMs with an entrepreneurial approach to business and bring more value through the use of his experience he accrued over the years. He is a very approachable leader who can build and lead teams of talented individuals to deliver superior results. Todd has joined MetricsNumero as External Advisor. Todd brings a wealth of experience to MetricsNumero as a leader who has been involved in ever evolving aerospace industry.

Priyanka Gathani is a seasoned finance leader with over 12 years of post-qualification experience, driving strategic financial initiatives across diverse sectors. As the Executive Director and Global Chief Financial Officer at MetricsNumero, she leads the company's global financial operations with a focus on governance, capital efficiency, compliance, and long-term value creation.

A Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost Accountant, and M.Com by qualification, Priyanka has also completed her post qualification in forex and treasury. She held key leadership roles in renowned organizations such as the Linde Group, Tega Industries, and the Bandhan Group. Her areas of expertise include financial reporting, treasury operations, corporate compliance, capital markets, investor relations, and business expansion.

Throughout her career, she has successfully led complex assignments including Ind AS implementation, RBI compliance, external commercial borrowings restructuring, and capital market readiness projects. Known for her sharp financial acumen and people-centric leadership, Priyanka has also managed large, cross-functional teams and built strong banking and investor relationships.
